U.S. 30, I-95, U.S. 1 Travel Restrictions Scheduled Next Week for Guide Rail Repair in Chester and Philadelphia Counties

King of Prussia, PA – Travel restrictions are scheduled next week on U.S. 30, Interstate 95 and U.S. 1 (Oxford Kennett Bypass) in Chester and Philadelphia counties for guide rail repairs, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:

  • Monday, March 26, through Wednesday, March 28, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, temporary lane closures are scheduled in both directions on U.S. 30 between the Route 10 (Octorara Trail) and Airport Road interchanges in Sadsbury, West Caln, Caln, Valley and West Whiteland townships and City of Coatesville, Chester County;
  • Monday, March 26, through Wednesday, March 28, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, temporary lane closures are scheduled in both directions on U.S. 30 between the Airport Road and Reeceville Road interchanges in Sadsbury, West Caln, Caln, Valley and West Whiteland townships and City of Coatesville, Chester County;
  • Monday, March 26, through Wednesday, March 28, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, temporary lane closures are scheduled in both directions on U.S. 30 between the Reeceville Road and U.S. 322 interchanges in Sadsbury, West Caln, Caln, Valley and West Whiteland townships and City of Coatesville, Chester County;
  • Monday, March 26, through Wednesday, March 28, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, temporary lane closures are scheduled in both directions on U.S. 30 between the U.S. 322 and Quarry Road interchanges in Sadsbury, West Caln, Caln, Valley and West Whiteland townships and City of Coatesville, Chester County; and
  • Monday, March 26, through Wednesday, March 28, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, temporary lane closures are scheduled in both directions on U.S. 30 between the Quarry Road and U.S. 202 interchanges in Sadsbury, West Caln, Caln, Valley and West Whiteland townships and City of Coatesville, Chester County;
  • Tuesday, March 27 and Wednesday, March 28, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, a right lane closure is scheduled on southbound I-95 between the Aramingo Avenue and Allegheny Avenue interchanges in Philadelphia;
  • Wednesday, March 28, through Friday, March 30, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, temporary lane closures are scheduled in both directions on U.S. 1 (Kennett Oxford Bypass) between the Route 796 (Jennersville Road) and Guernsey Road interchanges in Penn and London Grove townships, Chester County;
  • Wednesday, March 28, through Friday, March 30, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, temporary lane closures are scheduled in both directions on U.S. 1 (Kennett Oxford Bypass) between the Guernsey Road and Route 41 (Gap Newport Pike) interchanges in London Grove Township, Chester County;
  • Wednesday, March 28, through Friday, March 30, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, temporary lane closures are scheduled in both directions on U.S. 1 (Kennett Oxford Bypass) between the Route 41 (Gap Newport Pike) and Newark Road interchanges in London Grove and New Garden townships, Chester County;
  • Wednesday, March 28, through Friday, March 30, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, temporary lane closures are scheduled in both directions on U.S. 1 (Kennett Oxford Bypass) between the Newark Road and Mill Road interchanges in New Garden Township, Chester County; and
  • Wednesday, March 28, through Friday, March 30, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, temporary lane closures are scheduled in both directions on U.S. 1 (Kennett Oxford Bypass) between the Mill Road and Route 82 (Unionville Road) interchanges in New Garden, East Marlborough, and Kennett townships, Chester County.

 

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
